Delivery.com is growing rapidly and our customer base is expanding everyday! We are looking for a Korean speaking Customer Service Representative to enhance the customer and merchant satisfaction on our laundry and dry cleaning platform.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for monitoring the flow of our laundry & dry cleaning orders, and trouble shooting when necessary. The Customer Service Representative will ensure that each order received is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

This is a full-time position, compensated at market competitive rates, and includes full benefits and 401(k). The Customer Service Representative will report to the Director of Customer Service.
